The batter seem a bit too thick. Even on the low heat with longer cooking time on each side they are turn out nice and crispy outside but too soft and gooey inside. Thinner pancakes are a bit better, but thicker ones are not. Overall, they taste like I’m eating raw dough even though they seem to be cooked through. I don’t have time to try and adjust recipes, I just need something that works great from the first try, and I have been cooking for years so it’s not like I don’t know how to cook. It seems like many vegan recipes often have many issues and I end up feeling disappointed. I should stick to classic vegan well tried recipes to same my time and headache next time.

Just made these and ate a few. My mom isn’t vegan and was slightly skeptical. She tried them and really liked them. Same with me.
